Shipping

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

Carrier
I use USPS Priority Mail to deliver orders. Shipping costs include insurance for the full value of the order. If you would like it shipped another way please contact me prior to ordering.

Order Tracking
Once I receive the tracking #, I will update your order with the tracking number provided by USPS.

Shipping Rates
For orders within the USA, the shipping rate is $12.50 for the first pipe and $3.50 for each additional pipe.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated after your order is placed. I will send an updated invoice with the actual calculated shipping cost within 24 hours of your order. Once shipping is paid, the order will ship within 48 hours.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once your return is approved, I will initiate a refund. If there are any issues with your return I will contact you directly.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
