Sweeping curves and sharp angles define this take on the volcano shape. The forward leaning bowl and upswept shank follow the grain of the briar perfectly; accentuating the straight grain from top to bottom of the bowl, the sandblasted ring grain running around the bowl and the intricate texture of the birdseye on the bottom of the stummel as well. The large stem accent is Australian White Top Burl with the natural voids in the burl filled with real turquoise to add a pop of color and vivid contrast to the rich maroon stain. The black ebonite stem finishes off the pipe and continues the curves found in the stummel.
